Although alongside I-10, the Residence Inn San Antonio Northwest enjoys a quiet location in a residential district next to the USAA company headquarters, about 10 miles from the city center. Adjacent to the main hospital/medical center in San Antonio, the Courtyard by Marriott hotel is a quiet place to stay, set a little way back from the main street (Fredericksburg Rd), in a semi-residential area.
