Gorman consists of a few buildings clustered around exit 202 of interstate 5, half way (45 miles) between Bakersfield and San Fernando at the edge of greater Los Angeles. Accommodation, of the basic type, is available at the 58 room Econo Lodge, which has its own restaurant/lounge though not many other facilities.
