Residence Inn, the third Marriott all-suite property in St George, opened fall 2025, at the northeast edge of the city near Washington, beside I-15 at the Green Springs Drive exit. The hotel overlooks hole 11 at the Green Spring Golf Course, affording expansive views north across the fairways, towards the Red Cliffs and the Pine Valley Mountains. Both daily hot breakfast and weekday evening receptions (Mon-Wed) are complimentary, while bbq grills provide an alternative to in-room cooking. Also available are a fitness center, hot tub and outdoor pool.
