The luxurious, five star St Regis is the main hotel in the Deer Valley Resort, in the mountains on the southeast side of Park City; a very popular destination year-round, for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, hiking and mountain biking in the warmer seasons. Rooms and suites have oversized windows through which to admire the wide-ranging views, either of the valley or of the slopes above, and some benefit from the added amenities of a fireplace, whirlpool bath and kitchen. RIME restaurant, open all day, features traditional American cuisine, while Brasserie 7452 is a French-style cafe open for lunch and dinner. There is also a lounge/bar, complete with three-sided fireplace. Other facilities include a spa, a split-level outdoor pool, and extensive function space.

The luxurious, all-suite, AAA Four Diamond-rated Hotel Park City became part of the Marriott Hotels Autograph Collection late 2014. The resort has a central yet rural location near the junction of highways 224 and 248, 5 miles south of Interstate 80, adjoining the 18 hole Park City Golf Club. The nearest ski center (Park City Mountain) is 0.8 miles south. The hotel offers 100 suites in eight layouts, all featuring a fireplace, kitchen or kitchenette, one or more hot tubs and a private patio or balcony, with either golf, pool or mountain views. Onsite dining outlets are Ruth's Chris Steak House and Bandanas Bar and Grill, both open for lunch & dinner. Nine meeting rooms can accommodate events of up to 500 people

The residential-style lodging at Marriott's MountainSide Resort in Park City includes regular rooms with kitchenette facilities, but most guests stay in a luxury villa, either one or two bedroom, featuring a full kitchen, fireplace, separate living/dining area and sofa bed; some have a hot tub bath. Villas can accommodate up to 8 people. All are contained within a substantial building on the northwest side of town, at the foot of the ski slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. A pool, whirlpool and sauna are available for relaxation. The nearest restaurants are in the downtown area, half a mile south; restaurant delivery service is provided.

Marriott's Summit Watch is a centrally located, upscale, residential property in Park City, situated right next to the Mountain Resort ski lift, between Main Street and Hwy 224, and so within easy walking distance of all the main restaurants, bars and shops in the downtown area. The hotel offers 135 rooms & villas, in several blocks around an elongated central courtyard, above an underground parking lot. The villas sleep up to 8 guests and come with a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool bath. Wi-fi is complimentary.

Unlike some other hotels, Sheraton Park City has a central location in town, just off Kearns Boulevard - 2.5 miles from US 40/189 and 6 miles south of Interstate 80. Besides the area's three ski resorts there are many other natural attractions nearby including Jordanelle State Park, Rockport State Park and Wasatch Mountain State Park. The Sheraton is a rustic, full service property of 191 rooms & suites, an all-day restaurant (Park City Grill), a fine dining restaurant (Timbers), a cafe, an indoor pool, a fitness center and 10,000 square feet of meeting/event space. The town's free shuttle route runs past the hotel, providing easy travel to area attractions.

The Ascent Park City opens fall 2025, situated in a peaceful neighborhood a little way north of the town center within the Canyons Golf Course (beside the 11th green), a short walk from the Frostwood Gondola. The luxurious property offers a mix of residences and regular rooms, all finished to the same high standard. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, complete with poolside service, a fitness center, and a restaurant/bar. There are several other dining outlets nearby, in and around Canyons Village.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Sunrise Lodge adjoins the northernmost of the three ski areas in Park City (Canyons Resort), 5 miles from the town center (free shuttle available) and 3.5 miles from Interstate 80. Standard guest rooms contain a kitchenette, and most have a sofa bed & balcony, while the suites range from one bedroom (800 sq ft total area) to four bedrooms (2,480 sq ft, sleeping up to ten adults), all featuring a balcony and full kitchen. Accommodations have spectacular vies of the mountains and the central garden, with outdoor pool and two hot tubs. Other amenities include free wi-fi, fitness center and bbq grills.

The Yarrow Resort is the most central hotel in Park City, prominently positioned by the intersection of highways 224 and 248, adjacent to Park City Golf Club and a short walk from many restaurants, bars, shops and other attractions, including a cinema. The Park City Transit stops right beside the hotel, providing free travel to nearby locations. About half the guest rooms face inwards, looking over a pleasant courtyard garden and outdoor pool, while the remainder have views across the valley to the surrounding grassy hills. Onsite food & beverage outlets are the Mountain Grill restaurant, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the Sky Pub. Over 11,000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor event space can cater for events of up to 600 people. The hotel also has a hot tub and a full service business center.

Open fall 2020, the AC Hotel is part of an extensive shopping/dining/commercial district on the south side of Interstate 80 around the Hwy 224 exit, though unspoilt countryside is just a mile away in most directions, and most rooms enjoy mountain views. The free Park City shuttle stops at the hotel, providing quick travel to all major points in towny, the center of which lies 6 miles south. A dining area off the lobby serves European-influenced breakfast, while the AC Bar is open in the evenings for drinks and light meals. The hotel also has an indoor pool, fitness center and meeting facilities.

The Westgate Resort is part of the Canyons Village complex, to the northwest of Park City, within walking distance of the ski center, which includes over 300 runs, served by 38 lifts. In the warmer months, guests enjoy hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, and other activities. The many onsite facilities include three food/beverage outlets, over 10,000 square feet of event space, a full service spa, a 24 hour fitness center and an outdoor pool.

The Park Plaza Resort, now part of the Ascend Hotel Collection, is a handsome, three-floor, brick-clad property along Sidewinder Drive towards the north side of Park City, within a large shopping area that includes many restaurants and bars. The main ski centers are between 1.5 and 3 miles away. All accommodations are suites, complete with fireplace, kitchen, and patio or balcony, while general amenities are an indoor pool/hot tub, sauna, 1,000 square feet of meeting space, fitness center and bbq grills.

Holiday Inn Express Park City is located just southeast of I-80 exit 145, along Ute Boulevard. The hotel occupies an attractive, timber-framed building in the style of a mountain lodge, and offers a shuttle to the three nearby ski resorts of Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, 24 hour business center and newsstand. Free hot breakfast is served each morning. There are many restaurants close by, and other facilities like a supermarket (Smith's), post office, UPS store and bank.

The 106 room Best Western Landmark Inn is situated 6 miles north of Park City, UT, beside interstate 80 (adjacent to exit 145, 25 miles east of Salt Lake City), between the Uinta Mountains in the east and the Wasatch Range to the west. The hotel is within easy reach of several ski centers and mountain resorts besides Park City and is within a couple of miles of other attractions including Glenwild Golf Club, Tanger Outlet Center-Park City and Utah Olympic Park.
