Homewood Suites by Hilton is part of the main hotel area in Medford, southeast of the city center next to I-5 (Highland Drive exit), and despite the many nearby shops and restaurants it has a peaceful location at the edge of a residential district, close to Quail Point Golf Course. The hotel features upscale, all-suite lodging - the 109 studio, one bed and two bed suites all have a full kitchen, two TVs, two phones and a large work desk - and provides both free hot breakfast and free evening receptions (Monday to Thursday). Leisure facilities are the usual fitness room, pool and hot tub. Small events can be staged in the 648 sq ft meeting room, while other services include a free 5 mile area shuttle, a business center and guest laundry.

Hilton Garden Inn Medford is built in a quiet area on the south side of town, next to a sister property, the Homewood Suites. Highlights of Hilton Garden Inn Medford include complimentary airport transportation, 2,800 square feet of meeting space, and 24 hour convenience store and an onsite restaurant (Garden Grille), providing breakfast, dinner, drinks & evening room service. Leisure amenities are the usual pool (indoor) and fitness center. All guest rooms contain a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and large work desk.

Medford's Hampton Inn is part of a group of hotels next to I-5 exit 30, in the middle of a large shopping district that includes Rogue Valley Mall, on the far side of the interstate. The three floor property is set back 500 feet from the main road so provides a quiet night's sleep in its 75 rooms, all of which contain a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and ironing equipment. Free hot breakfast is prepared each morning, plus a take-out version for those leaving early, and there are many restaurants close by. The hotel also has all the usual facilities for leisure, business and meetings.

The TownePlace Suites is the more luxurious of a pair of Marriott extended stay hotels on the south side of Medford near I-5 exit 27, and it features 76 well equipped studio, one bed or two bed suites, all containing a full kitchen. Free breakfast buffet is provided each morning, while for lunch and dinner there are at least six restaurants within a quarter of a mile, and also several large stores - the hotel is built at the edge of a commercial district adjacent to interstate 5, close to Stewart Meadows Golf Course. Other facilities are an outdoor pool, exercise room, business center and guest laundry.

New for summer 2022, the second SpringHill Suites in Medford serves the international airport, located along a side street; part of a business park just east of Interstate 5, accessed from the Hwy 62 exit. Free hot breakfast is provided, while drinks and light meals are available from the full service bar. There is one restaurant nearby. Wi-fi and airport transportation are also complimentary. All accommodations are studio suites, 25% larger than the average guest room. The hotel also has a fitness center and an indoor pool.

SpringHill Suites Medford accommodates guests in 86 extra large studio suites equipped with pantry (sink, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery), executive desk and separate living area, looking out over a recently developed area at the edge of the countryside on the southern approach to Medford along Hwy 99. I-5 access is from exit 27 (Highland Drive), and the neighborhood offers all necessary services including a good choice of restaurants. Free hot breakfast, an indoor pool, fitness center, free wi-fi and a meeting room are the main facilities.

Medford's Ramada hotel has a north-central location beside I-5 at the Hwy 62 exit, within walking distance of many restaurants and stores, including a supermarket. Rogue Valley International Airport is one mile north, served by complimentary shuttle. The property has three floors and interior corridors. Holiday Inn Express Medford is one of many accommodation choices along the southern approach to the city - the four floor, 91 room/suite property is situated beside I-5 at the Garfield Street exit, close to a good selection of shopping and dining and 2 miles southeast of the downtown district. The setting is quiet, along a side street, away from the main road. Hot breakfast, wi-fi and airport transportation are complimentary, while the hotel also has an indoor pool, fitness center and a 24 hour business center.

One of two hotels serving Rogue Valley International - Medford Airport, the Candlewood Suites provides high quality, all-suite/extended stay accommodation with amenities of a free airport shuttle, a convenience store, business center & fitness center (all three open 24 hours a day), bbq grills and an 800 sq ft meeting room, though no pool. All suites include a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, and most have a separate living area. The hotel is part of a small business district half a mile from the airport terminals; 1.8 miles the I-5/Hwy 62 intersection and 3 miles from downtown Medford.

Best Western's representative in Medford is the Horizon Inn, an old-style, exterior corridor property of 122 rooms, arranged around three sites of the central parking lot and outdoor pool. Accommodations are comfortable and well maintained, and the hotel is easily accessed, located next to the Highland Drive exit of I-5, within walking distance from a large shopping area on the far side of the interstate. Also on the premises, the Black Bear Diner is open all day for breakfast, lunch & dinner; other facilities of the Best Western are a hot tub, fitness center, business center and meeting/event space.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Medford offers comfortable, quiet accommodations; the four story hotel is set back from the access road behind several other buildings and shielded from the nearby I-5 by woodland along a stream; at the Garfield Street exit of the interstate, 2 miles southeast of the city center. Guests are within easy walking distance of many restaurants, and shops including Walmart. Hot breakfast and wi-fi are complimentary, while the hotel also provides all the usual business & leisure facilities.

Guests at Days Inn Medford are within half a mile of an extensive commercial district that includes over a dozen restaurants and such stores as Fred Meyer, WinCo Foods and Walmart; all are on the opposite (west) side of Interstate 5, which runs past close by. The immediate surroundings are more peaceful, however; the motel is part of a small group of buildings bordered by a sports park and the tree-lined corridor of Bear Creek. An outdoor pool is the main amenity, together with free continental breakfast and basic business services. All accommodations contain a microwave.

The pet friendly Super 8 is the northernmost hotel in Medford, at the edge of the adjacent city of Central Point, and it has a peaceful location partially surrounded by farmland, half a mile from the Pine Street exit of Interstate 5. Bear Creek flows past one block west, followed by a hike/bike path along the far side. There are two restaurants and a truck stop within easy walking distance. Highlight of the three story hotel is an indoor pool complete with 80 foot waterslide; other amenities are free continental breakfast, free wi-fi and meeting space for up to 45 people.
