The newest hotel in Mountain Home is the Hampton Inn, built at the end of a short side road just north of exit 95 (US 20) of I-84, in a quiet area with a few restaurants; the nearest large stores are a short drive away on the far side of the interstate. The 74 rooms are nicely decorated and furnished with luxurious bedding; the suites contain a microwave, refrigerator & sofa bed, while all rooms have unobstructed views to the north and south. Free breakfast is prepared each morning, including hot items. Also available are a fitness center, indoor pool, business center and a 200 person meeting room.

Like all of the limited selection of lodging in Mountain Home, Best Western Foothills Motor Inn is part of a small commercial area on the north side of I-84 (exit 95), adjacent to a few restaurants and gas stations but surrounded by farmland in most directions with mountain ranges visible beyond. The old but well maintained hotel has 77 rooms, in an L-shaped, exterior corridor building centered on an outdoor pool; inside, the main facilities are a hot tub, fitness center, guest laundry and meeting space. Rooms are available with one or more of a microwave, refrigerator, balcony and hot tub bath.
