Free full breakfast and nice, comfortable accommodations are the two main reasons to stay at the Best Western Sawtooth Inn, a 67 room hotel adjacent to I-84 exit 168 (Hwy 79), 2 miles south of Jerome town center and ten miles from Twin Falls. There are several restaurants nearby and a Wal-Mart superstore opposite, though away from the interstate, the surroundings are quiet and rural. The AAA 3 Diamond-rated hotel also offers an indoor pool, spa, fitness center, guest laundry and meeting space. All rooms contain a coffee/tea maker, microwave & refrigerator, and several suites are available with whirlpool bath.

Half way (6 miles) between Jerome and Twin Falls, the pet friendly Comfort Inn is a large, modern hotel, located in the countryside next to I-84 (exit 173) at the junction with US 93 - near a travel plaza but a few miles from any other facilities. The staff are welcoming, the 103 rooms are particularly large, clean and well appointed, and the hotel has all the expected facilities, including free continental breakfast (with hot items), an indoor pool/hot tub, a fitness center, a 24 hour business center, meeting space and free wi-fi.

Sleep Inn Jerome has a quiet location surrounded by fields near exit 173 of I-84, half way between the two cities, adjacent to Flying J Travel Plaza but 3.5 miles from the nearest shopping/restaurant area, along US 93 on the north side of Twin Falls. Rates are low, the rooms are small but clean, and amenities somewhat limited, to free hot breakfast, a fitness center, guest laundry and free wi-fi. Pets are welcome. Guest rooms are available with refrigerator and microwave.
