Boise Hotels

One of four Marriott hotels in downtown Boise, the Courtyard caters for guests in 162 rooms & suites, all modern, spacious, brightly decorated and equipped with extra comfortable bedding. Some have views over the central courtyard garden, containing a pond, waterfalls, flowers, walkways and an outdoor fireplace. The hotel is part of the Parkcenter business district but is just a short walk from Julia Davis Park beside the Boise River, on the far side of which is Bronco Stadium and Boise State University. Other features are a newly redesigned lobby with areas for work and relaxation, a lounge/bar (open for breakfast, dinner & evening drinks), a Starbuck's Coffee House, an indoor pool/hot tub, a 24 hour convenience store and meeting/event space.

Open summer 2017, the Residence Inn in downtown Boise is a prominent, ten story property of 186 suites, with two bedroom, one bedroom and studio floorplans. The hotel towers above the generally low-rise neighborhood, at the corner of Capitol Boulevard and Myrtle Street (US 20), and is within walking distance of most city center attractions, including Boise Zoo and the Boise Art Museum, two blocks south beside the Boise River. Other features include a fitness center, indoor pool, four function rooms and a third floor bar with patio. Wi-fi, daily hot breakfast buffet and weekday evening receptions are complimentary.

Residence Inn Boise Downtown has the older design for this brand, with the 104 suites divided into several two story blocks, linked by tree-lined walkways and courtyard gardens. All accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen, most have a private balcony or patio, while some (the Penthouse Suites) are on two floors, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. West-facing rooms overlook the fields and trees of the adjacent Ann Morrison Park. The hotel provides free hot breakfast every morning and free social events on Tuesday to Thursday evenings; other complimentary amenities are an airport shuttle, internet access and a grocery shopping service. Leisure facilities are an outdoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center and sports court.

The Hilton Garden Inn has a central location in Boise between Front Street and US 26, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops and other attractions in the downtown area, including the Convention Center and the State Capitol. The onsite restaurant is open for breakfast, drinks and light meals, plus evening room service, while a convenience store sells snacks and cookable items. 4,000 square feet of function space caters for events of up to 280 people. Accommodations include a selection of suites with sofa bed, separate living area and a private bedroom. A free shuttle operates within a one mile radius.

The Hampton Inn rises ten floors above downtown Boise, high enough for many of the 186 rooms to enjoy great views across the city to the surrounding mountains. The hotel has a central location along Capitol Boulevard, within a few blocks of many locations including Boise Center, the State Capitol, Julia Davis Park and Boise Art Museum, plus many restaurants, bars & entertainment venues. Free hot breakfast is provided each morning, or free a take-away option for those in a hurry. Other facilities are a 24 hour fitness center, an indoor pool (on the 5th floor, and so also with nice views), a business center and a small meeting room.

Newly constructed in 2020, the Home2 Suites provides good quality, long stay accommodations, with a selection of studio and one bedroom suites, all including a fully equipped kitchen. Free hot breakfast is prepared each morning, while other amenities are an indoor pool, fitness center, business center and a 544 square foot meeting room. The hotel has a central location along 6th Street, one block from the Grove Plaza and a ten minute walk from Zoo Boise, beside the Boise River.

Boise's TownePlace Suites hotel is located next to a Marriott sister property (Residence Inn) in a mixed residential/business neighborhood a few blocks south of the city center, between Boise State University and the sports fields at Ann Morrison Park. The all-suite accommodation comprises 121 studio, one bed or two bed rooms, all nicely decorated and equipped with a full kitchen. Hotel amenities include free hot breakfast buffet, free shuttle to Boise Airport (2.5 miles south), free internet access, an indoor pool/whirlpool, a fitness center with free weights, and a 24 hour business center.

Along Parkcenter Boulevard in east Boise, the SpringHill Suites by Marriott is a large, modern and well managed hotel offering comfortable, all-suite accommodation, excellent customer service, a quiet, scenic location close to the Boise River and a good range of amenities, including a complimentary airport/local area shuttle, a pool/whirlpool, a business center and free buffet breakfast. For other meals there are several restaurants a short walk northwards, and various shops including Albertson's supermarket. All 320 suites at the hotel have a microwave, refrigerator, wet bar, sofa bed, 37" TV, free internet access and separate living area.

The Holiday Inn Express hotel in Boise occupies an older but recently renovated building just east of downtown, surrounded by extensive lawns and wooded parking areas, between a small canal and the Boise River. The Parkcenter business district lies to the north and east, while other nearby locations include Bronco Stadium, Boise State University, Julia Davis Park and St Luke's Medical Center. The six story, 159 room hotel provides free hot breakfast, plus all the usual facilities for leisure, business and meetings.

The Riverside Hotel is a large, well established, full service property with a scenic location on the south banks of the Boise River, next to the intersection of Main Street with I-184, and adjacent to the 26 mile Greenbelt Trail. Most of the 303 rooms & suites have views either of the river or the central courtyard gardens, and all feature superior bedding, free wi-fi and a large work desk. The hotel's 14 acre grounds include a good sized outdoor pool & hot tub, a gazebo, rose garden and extensive pathways. Inside, all-day dining is available at the Riverside Grill, and the Lobby Bar provides dinner and evening drinks. Meetings and event space is on two levels totaling over 20,000 sq ft, catering for events of up to 1,200 people.
