A recent renovation has helped maintain the high standards of cleanliness and facilities of the 117 suites at Residence Inn Denver Highlands Ranch, a quiet, well managed, extended stay hotel near the south edge of the Denver suburbs - in the hilly, mostly residential district of Highland Ranch, by the junction of E470 with S Broadway. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, plus several golf courses & country clubs; the Denver Technology Center is 7 miles east, along the I-25 corridor. All suites at the hotel have a full kitchen, and are available in studio, one bed or two bed layouts. Other amenities at the hotel are free hot breakfast, free light dinner (weekday evenings), a grocery shopping service, free local area shuttle, outdoor pool, hot tub and exercise room.

Hilton Garden Inn Highlands Ranch is a large, modern, well equipped hotel with a good location - close to Hwy 470 but situated in a quiet, recently developed business district (opposite Alcatel-Lucent and Avaya), also near various parks, golf courses and lakes. Restaurants can be found one mile south and east, while breakfast, dinner & evening drinks are available on-site. Snacks may be purchased from the Pavilion Pantry convenience store, including light meals cookable using the microwaves in each guest room. Locations within a five mile radius are reachable by the complimentary shuttle service. Also available are a pool, hot tub, fitness center, 24 hour business center and meeting space for up to 300 people.

The southernmost Fairfield Inn hotel in Denver is built alongside C470 by the Quebec St exit, across the road from the Willow Creek Shopping Center, and adjacent to the Comfort Inn. Like all properties of this brand, it provides clean, nicely decorated rooms at affordable rates, with the two main amenities of free deluxe continental breakfast and an indoor pool. As well as the shopping center there are plenty of restaurants nearby and several other large stores including Wal-Mart. Park Meadows Mall is 2 miles east, next to I-25 at the edge of the Denver Tech Center.
