Grover Beach Hotels

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott (open spring 2026) has a northerly location in Grover Beach, on the south side of US 101; a wooded location, surrounded by trees on three sides, with views of nearby hills. The hotel offers a fitness center and outdoor pool, plus a restaurant/bar on the premises; other dining options can be found at Pismo Beach Premium Outlets, a third of a mile west. All accommodations at the hotel are studio suites, equipped with refrigerator and microwave.

Situated midway between the centers of Pismo Beach, Grover Beach and Arroyo Grande, the Holiday Inn Express occupies a large, partly wooded site on a hillside right next to US 101 (Oak Park Road exit), high enough for some of its 78 rooms to have views over the ocean. The hotel is two miles from the coast, one mile from Pismo Beach Premium Outlets Mall and walking distance from many restaurants - AJ Spurs seems to be a favorite. Rooms are well furnished and many have a balcony, looking out over the extensive grounds that contain an outdoor pool, whirlpool, sundeck, gardens, waterfall, oak trees and plenty of parking. The Express Start Breakfast Bar serves the familiar continental fare.
