There are several beautiful new hotels beside the Westgate City Center development on the west edge of Glendale; for mid range, short stay lodging perhaps the best is the 3 storey Holiday Inn Express (9310 W Cabela Dr), which has 96 stylish, modern rooms, a health/fitness center, sports court, bbq grills, outdoor pool and whirlpool. Free breakfast buffet is served each morning and for other meals there are numerous restaurants within walking distance in the Westgate Center, just the other side of Glendale Avenue. For those here to work, facilities comprise one small meeting room and a business center.

SpringHill Suites Phoenix Glendale
In the extensive suburbs of northwest Phoenix, SpringHill Suites Phoenix Glendale provides new, modern, all-suite accommodation to visitors to Glendale, Peoria and the surrounding districts. The hotel is a little off main highways, along a side street (N Zanjero Blvd), 2 blocks east of the 101 Freeway - access is from exit 7. Apart from housing estates, there is a small shopping center within walking distance though the main attractions of this part of Glendale are the sports facilities on the far side of the highway, with the Jobing.com Arena and University of Phoenix Stadium just 2 miles away.
