The full service, upscale, 273 room/suite Hilton is notable for being the closest hotel to Austin International Airport (0.9 miles, located on the north side of the main car park), and also for its distinctive, circular design. Centered on a spacious, floor-to-ceiling atrium lobby, the hotel has a large, outdoor salt pool on the south side, surrounded by extensive gardens, and it provides every necessary facility. The on-site restaurant (Creeks) is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner & 24 hour room service; it is situated in one part of the lobby, along with a lounge/bar, Starbucks cafe and some of the 48,000 sq ft of event space. Holiday Inn Austin Airport is a full service hotel along Hwy 71, six miles south of the city center and 4 miles west of the international airport. The 138 room/suite building has rural surroundings, backing onto a patch of woodland, and is half a mile from the nearest external restaurant, though breakfast & dinner are available on-site at the Bistro/Lounge, which also provides all-day room service. A outdoor pool, fitness center, complimentary wi-fi and free airport transportation are some of the other amenities. The Grand Ballroom can cater for events of up to 300 people.

The hotel is part of the large group of lodging just west of the airport, near the US 163/Ben White Blvd intersection, set back slightly from the main road.

The pet friendly, 136-room Aloft Austin Airport faces Ben White Boulevard just west of the US 183 intersection, 3.7 miles by road from Austin International Airport, linked by courtesy shuttle. Free hot breakfast is served each day, and a free reception is staged on Wednesday evenings. Decor and furnishings are clean & modern, and the staff have a good reputation. A Denny's restaurant is adjacent. Also nearby are McKinney Falls State Park, St Edwards University, Metro Center park, several golf courses and a number of corporate offices.

The Candlewood Suites faces an IHG sister property (Holiday Inn) on the south side of Hwy 71, 3.5 miles west of the international airport, in a semi-rural neighborhood, backing on to a patch of woodland. There is one restaurant close by, in the Holiday Inn, and others at the Montopolis Drive exit of the freeway, a short distance west. The hotel contains 89 studio or one bedroom suites, all with kitchen facilities. Wi-fi and breakfast are complimentary. Recreation amenities are the usual fitness center and outdoor pool.

The Best Western is part of the long line of hotels along Ben White Boulevard near Austin International Airport, offering 75 rooms and suites (all with refrigerator & microwave), an outdoor pool, fitness center, convenience store, business/meeting facilities and free full breakfast. A complimentary shuttle is provided to the airport terminals, 3 miles east. There are several restaurants within walking distance along the highway.

This is a modern, economically priced, all suite property, each oversized room containing a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and cable TV. The Quality Inn is the closest budget hotel to Austin Airport (AUS), 1.3 miles east of the terminals along Highway 71, yet it has a rural location, backing on to farmland and just a short walk away from the Colorado River. The new looking, 3 story building has 112 microwave/refrigerator-equipped rooms including several suites, some with hot tub bath, pull-out sofa and a wet bar. Free continental breakfast is served each morning, and other meals can be purchased from an adjacent cafe. Leisure facilities are an outdoor pool, on the quiet north side of the property, and an exercise room.

The affordable Microtel Inn Austin offers regular rooms with coffee/tea maker, work desk & ironing equipment, plus studio suites that additionally contain a wet bar, microwave, refrigerator & sofa bed. The four story building is part of the group of hotels near the US 183/Hwy 71 intersection, 3.5 miles from Austin International Airport. Wi-fi, continental breakfast and airport transportation are complimentary. The inn has an outdoor pool, on the west side, and a fitness center.

Although somewhat further (5 miles) from the terminal buildings than most Austin Airport hotels, the Super 8 still provides a complimentary shuttle, together with free continental breakfast, free wi-fi, guest laundry, fitness & business centers, and a 375 sq ft meeting room. The motel sits just off Ben White Boulevard, partly surrounded by a patch undeveloped land; near three restaurants but otherwise located in a business/industrial district, 5 miles south of the city center.
