Best Western Plus Pier Point Inn has a privileged position in south Florence on the wooded bank of the Siuslaw River, close to the local marina and the sands of Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. US 101 runs right past the hotel, leading to the NRA entrance - the Pacific Ocean beaches are just 3 miles away. The hotel caters for guests in 55 good sized rooms, with bright decor and modern furnishings, plus a microwave & refrigerator. Many enjoy river views from a private balcony. The hotel provides free hot breakfast and is near many restaurants, on the far side of US 101. It also has leisure facilities and meeting space.

The River House Inn has an excellent location right on the north bank of the Siuslaw River, with views across to woodland and sand dunes to the south. The US 101 bridge is just to the east, and the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and other attractions in the downtown area. Guest rooms are in several blocks, one just a few feet from the water's edge.

The Travelodge motel is centrally located in Florence, along the main road, US 101, just north of the Hwy 126 intersection, close to dining and shopping, including Safeway supermarket, and also within walking distance of parkland beside the Siuslaw River. The Super 8, formerly Old Town Inn, is a typical roadside motel, of two floors and exterior/interior corridors, along the main road through Florence, US 101, just north of the Siuslaw River Bridge - in a lively neighborhood of shops, restaurants and other hotels. Amenities are limited to free continental breakfast and free wi-fi. Guest rooms are equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.
