Salida Hotels

Like most hotels in Salida, the Hampton Inn sits at the south edge of town along US 50, bordering undeveloped lands; south-facing rooms have fine views across fields and woods to the Sangre de Cristo Range. The hotel is a large, modern property offering comfortable accommodations and a wide range of amenities, including free hot breakfast, an indoor pool/hot tub, business & fitness centers and meeting space for up to 200 people. There are four restaurants adjacent, on the opposite side of the main road.

The 45 room Comfort Inn hotel has a south-central location in Salida along US 50, the main route through town, yet within sight of the countryside around the South Arkansas River. The inn offers the usual amenities of free hot breakfast, an indoor heated pool/hot tub, guest laundry & free coffee, and is walking distance from several restaurants. A business center and 25 person meeting room are available for those here to work. All guest accommodations contain a microwave and refrigerator.

The Baymont Inn (formerly Holiday Inn Express) is the westernmost hotel in Salida, 1.5 miles from the town center, situated in a quiet, rural area with uninterrupted views towards distant mountain ranges in all directions. Nearby are a few restaurants, though most facilities are in the downtown area to the east. Running just south of the highway is the Arkansas River, which offers good fishing, rafting and hiking opportunities. The hotel provides a varied free breakfast each morning, including a selection of hot items, plus free cookies in the afternoon. An indoor pool, whirlpool and business center are some of the other amenities. All guest rooms contain a microwave and refrigerator.
