Salida Hotels

Like most hotels in Salida, the Hampton Inn sits at the south edge of town along US 50, bordering undeveloped lands; south-facing rooms have fine views across fields and woods to the Sangre de Cristo Range. The hotel is a large, modern property offering comfortable accommodations and a wide range of amenities, including free hot breakfast, an indoor pool/hot tub, business & fitness centers and meeting space for up to 200 people. There are four restaurants adjacent, on the opposite side of the main road.

The Baymont Inn (formerly Holiday Inn Express) is the westernmost hotel in Salida, 1.5 miles from the town center, situated in a quiet, rural area with uninterrupted views towards distant mountain ranges in all directions. Nearby are a few restaurants, though most facilities are in the downtown area to the east. Running just south of the highway is the Arkansas River, which offers good fishing, rafting and hiking opportunities. The hotel provides a varied free breakfast each morning, including a selection of hot items, plus free cookies in the afternoon. An indoor pool, whirlpool and business center are some of the other amenities. All guest rooms contain a microwave and refrigerator.
