New Castle Hotels

New Castle in Colorado has just one hotel, the Wingate by Wyndham, situated at the end of a residential street on the east side of town, behind a gas station and right next to exit 105 of I-70. There are several fast food restaurants opposite, and while New Castle offers few facilities, several interesting state parks are found in the hills to the north including Rifle Falls, Harvey Gap and Rifle Gap. The nearest major town is Glenwood Springs, 13 miles away. The 51 rooms at the inn are clean and quiet; some have extra amenities of a microwave, refrigerator and pull-out sofa bed. Free breakfast is served each morning, and for recreation the hotel has an indoor pool & hot tub.
