Mammoth Lakes Hotels

On the north side of downtown Mammoth Lakes, the Westin Monache Resort is a luxurious, full service property, ideally positioned for year round recreation. The Village Gondola departs right next door, transporting guests to the ski slopes of Mammoth Mountain, while just to the north are several hiking trails into the adjacent volcanic hills. The hotel has peaceful surroundings; a wooded, residential district, and its many amenities include an all-day restaurant (providing 24 hour room service), a heated outdoor pool with mountain views, a 24 hour fitness center, a spa, and three indoor function rooms. All accommodations are suites (studio, one bedroom and two bedroom), with one or more of a sofa bed, fireplace and balcony.

Rooms at Best Western Mammoth Lakes are comfortable, and quiet, since the property sits along a side road just off Main Street, behind a small restaurant, and is bordered by a patch of woodland to the east. The national forest starts one block north, and an adjacent trail leads up into the hills. Other restaurants are a short walk away, plus many shops, the main location (Gateway Shopping Center) a few blocks east. All accommodations at the Best Western contain a microwave & refrigerator, and many have a balcony or patio. Free parking is available at the front or in an underground lot. Amenities are a games room, free full breakfast, hot tub and sauna.
