Canyonlands National Park > Island in the Sky > Hiking > Murphy Point Trail > QTVR Panorama A panorama from the western tip of Murphy Point, reached by a 1.7 mile trail starting near the southern end of the road through the Island in the Sky district of Canyonlands National Park. Features in view include, from north to south, Steer Mesa, Holeman Spring Basin, Candlestick Tower, Soda Springs Basin, Turks Head and the Green River, Deadhorse Canyon, Murphy Hogback, Ekker Butte and the Maze, Grand View Point and Junction Butte. To navigate in a panorama, use the mouse to click and drag the picture left or right, or the keyboard arrow keys. Press the Shift key to zoom in or the Control key to zoom out. |
