The Best Western hotel in Fort Bragg has a beautiful location within sight of the Pacific Ocean, towards the north end of town along the main road (highway 1); the lodge overlooks a sandy beach and rocky coves where a small river (Pudding Creek) flows into the sea, and is linked to the shore by a pedestrian tunnel under the highway. The various buildings of the hotel are surrounded by 6 acres of landscaped gardens, and provide a range of accommodation including standard rooms, deluxe oceanview rooms, fireplace suites and kitchen-equipped cottages. For dining there are various restaurants a short walk south along Main Street.
