Close by are several gas stations and restaurants, but otherwise the surroundings are flat farmland, at the edge of California's Central Valley, though Lemoore NAS is 15 miles east. The hotel is quite small, containing just 48 rooms (with microwave/refrigerator) all on the ground floor, and its amenities are limited to an outdoor pool and guest laundry.
