On the south edge of the Walhalla Plateau, the view from Honan Point extends from Wotans Throne in the east to the distant Point Sublime, 20 miles away to the west. The foreground is dominated by Thor Temple, a butte of Esplanade sandstone, around which are several upper tributaries of Clear Creek. Other prominent buttes include (from left to right) Angels Gate, Howlands Butte, Zoroaster Temple, Brahma Temple and Deva Temple.
