Like most hotels in the area, the Embassy Suites is located near the South Jordan Parkway exit of Interstate 15 - on the west side, part of a recently developed business park. The South Jordan River flows past a short distance away, followed by a hike/bike trail. All accommodations at the hotel are suites, most with two-rooms, and equipped with microwave, refrigerator, sofa bed & 55 inch TV; there are also a few larger suites. Open summer 2017, the SpringHill Suites hotel in South Jordan is built alongside the Bangerter Highway (154), in a mostly residential neighborhood though one block from the edge of a large shopping center with such stores as JC Penney, Target and OfficeMax, plus a movie theater and many restaurants. Also in the vicinity is the Oquirrh Mountain LDS Temple, on the far side of the freeway. All accommodations are studio suites containing a microwave & refrigerator, while general hotel amenities include free breakfast, a pool and fitness/business centers. Wi-fi and breakfast are complimentary.
