Northwest Corpus Christi Hotels

The Hampton Inn of northwest Corpus Christi provides reliable, mid range accommodation with the high Hilton standards of customer service; amenities are the usual fitness center & pool, business center & meeting space, coin-operated laundry and free wi-fi. Hot breakfast is also complimentary, and is available in a take out version for guests in a hurry. One other less unusual attraction is a 350 gallon freshwater aquarium, in the lobby. The 55 room hotel adjoins I-37 at the Violet Road exit, 12 miles west of the city center.

Holiday Inn Express Corpus Christi NW is situated on the east side of US 77 nearly opposite Five Points Shopping Center and Robstown Hospital, right on the far west edge of the city; downtown is 15 miles east along I-37. The elegant, 3 floor building contains 71 rooms & suites (the latter with kitchenette), a fitness center, gift shop, business center and dining area for the free hot breakfast. There is a sheltered outdoor pool at the side, away from the highway. The hotel is adjacent to one restaurant (Mexican) and a few minute's walk from at least half a dozen more.

A new Best Western hotel in northwest Corpus Christi opened spring 2018, located at the McKinzie Road exit of I-37, 11 miles from both the city center and the international airport. The property offers a range of accommodations for short and long stay guests: regular rooms with microwave/refrigerator, studio suites that include a kitchenette, and larger suites featuring a full kitchen; some also have a private balcony or patio. Hot breakfast is complimentary, while an evening bar sells drinks and snacks; other meals are available from an adjacent restaurant. The hotel also provides the usual business, meetings and recreation facilities.

The Best Western hotel is situated on the edge of the countryside at the far west edge of Corpus Christi - the inn is a mile south of the US 77 - I-37 junction, on the east side of the highway and opposite a Walmart store. The 61 refrigerator/microwave-equipped rooms face either east or west, looking out over the mixed residential/rural surroundings, and the hotel has amenities of free hot breakfast, free evening receptions (Mon-Thu), laundry, business center, bbq grills and a large outdoor pool to the rear. Accommodations include a selection of king bed suites, with living space and sofa sleeper.

The Super 8 is located some 12 miles west of the center of Corpus Christi, next to the main approach to the city from the west (I-37), and close to the districts of Catallen, Annaville and Orange Grove. The pet friendly motel sits along the southern frontage road in a lightly developed area beside exit 11 (Violet Road), and has 39 rooms on 2 floors, arranged in a square around a central courtyard with gardens, fountain, children's playground and outdoor pool. Breakfast is provided free of charge, including a few hot items. Several restaurants are within walking distance.
