Baymont Andrews occupies a substantial three floor, interior corridor building, along Main Street a few blocks south of the city center, within walking distance of shopping and dining. There is penty of parking space on all sides. Amenities are guest laundry, a fitness center, a meeting room, a business center, free wi-fi and free breakfast. All accommodations contain a refrigerator and a microwave.

Eagles Den Suites features budget-priced, extended stay accommodations - all rooms are studio suites, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer, together with a living area and separate bedroom. Free wi-fi is the only general amenity. Pets are welcome, for a fee. Rooms are in four exterior corridor blocks, arranged around the central parking lot. The motel has a northerly location in Andrews along Mustang drive, one mile from Permian Regional Medical Center.
