The Oceanfront Resort (formerly Best Western) has one of the best locations for hotels in Lincoln City, along a quiet side street just off US 101, backing directly on to a wide sandy beach near the D River. West-facing rooms enjoy beautiful views up and down the Pacific coast from their private balconies or patios; all contain a microwave & refrigerator, while some have a kitchenette and whirlpool bath. The hotel provides free full breakfast, and is a short walk away from several restaurants along the main road. Also just across US 101 is Devils Lake State Park, featuring boating, swimming and picnicking. For shopping, the nearest center is Tanger Outlet Mall, one mile south.

Open 2020 after renovation of a previous property (Liberty Inn), the Holiday Inn Express is one of the northernmost hotels in Lincoln City, and it has a quiet location along a side road through a mainly residential neighborhood, with undeveloped land to one side, though still within walking distance of Lincoln City Plaza to the south, together with a selection of restaurants. The Pacific Ocean is a third of a mile away. The 77 room/suite property offers the usual range of recreation, business and event facilities, with complimentary amenities of wi-fi and hot breakfast buffet.

Best Western Plus Landmark Inn faces US 101, two miles south of the center of Lincoln City at the base of a wooded hill, in a residential neighborhood a quarter mile from Siletz Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The three story hotel is spacious and modern, offering 62 rooms, some with fireplace, hot tub bath and private balcony, and including several types of suite. All contain a refrigerator and microwave. Leisure facilities are good, comprising an indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center and steam room, while the hotel also has facilities for business & meetings. The free breakfast comes with a selection of hot items.

On the north side of Lincoln City, the Comfort Inn enjoys a scenic position overlooking Devils Lake on the D River, and is just 400 feet from the Pacific Ocean beaches. US 101 runs right past and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars a short walk away.
