The luxurious, upscale, full service Ritz-Carlton has the design of a grand Alpine lodge; an imposing, timber-clad building on a ridge beside Bachelor Gulch, site of one of the main ski centers of the Beaver Creek Resort. This spectacular location, 500 feet above the valley floor and Avon town center, affords dramatic views of peaks and wooded slopes in all directions, and the hotel is a very popular year-round destination. The varied accommodation types include regular rooms, suites and residences (one, two, three and four bedroom), ranging in size from 450 to 4,690 square feet. Amongst the many facilities are five food & beverage outlets, a 21,000 sq ft spa with 19 treatment rooms, and extensive, indoor/outdoor function space, catering for events of up to 600 people.

The Westin Resort has a spectacular location beside the Eagle River, looking south towards the wooded slopes around Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch, and bordered by open ground on either side. Guests can take the Avon River Trail up and down the valley, and are just a short walk from all the varied facilities of Avon town center, to the north. The Riverfront Express Gondola is adjacent to the hotel, connecting with other lifts up to the ski slopes. All rooms & suites have beautiful mountain views, and most feature one or more of a fireplace, balcony & kitchenette. Suites are available with one, two or three bedrooms. Other highlights are a spa/athletic club, 25 yard lap pool, tennis center, restaurant, cafe and bar.

Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas has a central location in Avon, beside the Avon Road exit of Interstate 70, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and a park. The hotel is a vacation rental property; all accommodations are two bedroom villas, featuring a fireplace, hot tub, kitchen, sofa bed (two), balcony, and patio with gas grills. Wi-fi is complimentary, and guests receive a free pass to the adjacent Avon Recreation Center, which has a pool with water slide, and a well-equipped fitness center.

The one-bedroom villas at the Sheraton Mountain Vista resort can accommodate up to four guests, for short or long stays, and are equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette, a fireplace, and a patio or balcony, plus gas grill. General amenities at the vacation rental property are an outdoor pool, a fitness center and a marketplace, selling drinks, snacks and cookable meals. The resort is part of the group of hotels, restaurants and other businesses in the center of Avon, beside I-70 exit 167.

New for spring 2024, the TownePlace Suites is part of a dual-brand Marriott development beside I-70 at the Post Boulevard exit (US 6); shared with the SpringHill Suites. Accommodations have views of wooded hills in all directions. Complimentary hot breakfast and an outdoor pool are two of the amenities. All the suites are equipped with a full kitchen, and separate living space. There are two large stores (Home Depot, Walmart), just across the highway.

The pet friendly SpringHill Suites Avon features spacious studio suites, in a rural setting along the Eagle River valley on the east side of Avon, enclosed by forested slopes of the central Rocky Mountains. The hotel opens spring 2024, sharing a building with the TownePlace Suites; if offers a 24 hour market, an outdoor pool/hot tub (open all year), a fitness center and meeting space. A good selection of restaurants can be found in the town center, 1.5 miles west along I-70.

In the middle of the Rocky Mountains, the Comfort Inn hotel in Avon, CO, is also close to several ski resorts including Beaver Creek and Vail, a short drive from large areas of national forest wilderness land, and a convenient stop for cross-state travelers on interstate 70 which runs past just to the north. The inn sits at the center of the small town of Avon, within walking distance of various restaurants, bars & shops (also reachable by the free town shuttle), and most of its 146 rooms have far-reaching views over the wooded slopes of the Eagle River valley. Leisure facilities comprise a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and in-room movies. Free hot breakfast is served.
