The newly constructed (2009) Holiday Inn Express hotel in Richfield is part of a small group of restaurants and other businesses on the north edge of town along Hwy 120 (Main St), near exit 40 of I-70, and most of its 64 large, modern rooms enjoy fine views across the rolling, empty landscape of the Sevier Valley to the high mountains on either side. Amenities comprise free breakfast buffet, free internet access, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, guest laundry and facilities for meetings & business. The property opened June 2009.

Open summer 2008, the 65 room Fairfield Inn & Suites is one of the newest hotels in Richfield, UT, and it offers affordable, good quality lodging close to I-70 - access is from exit 37, on the south side of town. The hotel has a countryside location, close to the municipal airport and the 18 hole Core View Golf Course; most rooms have fine views east and west over the high mountains enclosing the Sevier River Valley. Free continental breakfast is served and there is one restaurant adjacent, with others from one mile north, towards the center of Richfield. The hotel also offers an exercise room, pool, newsstand and basic business services.

Right at the north edge of town, the Best Western Richfield Inn is a small hotel with views over fields and hills, just south of exit 40 of I-70, adjacent to the Chevron gas station. Main Street (highway 120) runs past the hotel to the center of Richfield one mile to the south, passing various shops and restaurants, one of which (Frontier Village) is right next to the inn. Facilities at the Best Western Richfield include an indoor pool, hot tub, free breakfast and exercise room.

The well reviewed Comfort Inn hotel in Richfield has a southwesterly location in town, adjacent to exit 37 of I-70 (W 1200 S St). To the west rise the deserted foothills of the Pahvant Range, while the east is flat farmland. The hotel has a good range of facilities, with a restaurant (Wendy's), convenience store, indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. There are 63 rooms available; all are equipped with a work desk and free internet access, while some have a microwave and refrigerator. Free enhanced continental breakfast is served.

At 540 S Main St, the Quality Inn hotel is just a few blocks south of the center of Richfield, UT, though also close to the southwest edge of town and the start of the farmland which stretches for many miles along the Sevier Valley. The closest interstate exit is 37 of I-70 (W 1200 St). The Quality Inn has a restaurant (JB's), outdoor heated pool/hot tub, kitchenettes and an exercise room.
