Comfort Inn & Suites Orem has a west central location, between US 89 and I-15, one block south of Utah Valley State College. The hotel is reached from exit 269 of the interstate (W University Parkway), by driving half a mile east then right along W 1430 S St. Downtown Orem is 2 miles to the northeast, and the waters of Utah Lake (good for fishing) are a short drive west. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
