There are many business nearby including St Luke's Medical Center, and a fair selection of restaurants within walking distance; in the hotel, food services are free continental breakfast and a 24 hour convenience store selling drinks and snacks. Leisure facilities are an indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center and outdoor patio with bbq grills. The hotel is located right next to I-84 exit 46, by the eastbound off-ramp.

Meridian's Comfort Suites is one of a group of hotels around exit 46 (Eagle Road) of interstate 84, close to shops and other businesses though situated in an undeveloped area, backing on to open fields. All 76 oversized rooms contain microwaves & refrigerators, and a few have a hot tub bath. Entrance to the hotel is though a cozy fireplace lobby, and its other facilities include a large indoor pool, whirlpool, guest laundry, exercise room, library, convenience store, business center and a meeting room with capacity for 80 people. Free deluxe continental breakfast is served each morning.
