The motel sits along US 77 one mile west of the town center, near such places as Alfred C Thomas Airport, San Patricio County Fairgrounds and Resthaven Funeral Home. Complimentary amenities are coffee, wi-fi and local calls; the only other facility is a coin-operated laundry, but rates are low and the location easily-reached, a convenient stop half way along the journey between Houston and McAllen.
