Refugio Hotels

Newly built in 2008, the Best Western Inn is the only major hotel in the peaceful Texas Gulf Coast town of Refugio, 40 miles north of Corpus Christi along US 77 (or highway 136). The 2 story inn sits in the wooded countryside on the north edge of Refugio by the junction of US 77 with E Houston St, a quarter of a mile from various shops and restaurants in the town center. It is quite a small place, just 42 rooms, each with microwave, refrigerator and all the standard amenities, while other facilities at the hotel include a seasonal outdoor pool, exercise room, guest laundry and a basic business center. Above average free continental breakfast is served each morning.
