Location is the north side of Foothill Boulevard, Route 66, towards the east edge of Upland, close to several country clubs.

The property adjoins I-10 (north side), just across the street from the Mountain Square Shopping Center and within a couple of miles of many more shops along Footthill Boulevard (old Route 66) in the center of Upland. Ontario International Airport is 5 miles southeast.
