The motel is built between Hwy 86 and Imperial Airport, also within walking distance of Imperial County Fairgrounds (just across the street) and a selection of restaurants - a few blocks north, in the town center. Free coffee, free wi-fi, guest laundry and meeting space for up to 100 people are the other main amenities. Some rooms include a kitchenette.
