Bozeman Hotels

Like most Bozeman hotels, the Holiday Inn is located on the north side of the city, adjacent to I-90 exit 306, part of a commercial district that includes the Northgate Shopping Center and Wal-Mart. The hotel has an older design, its 179 rooms in several two storey blocks arranged around all sides of a central courtyard garden, but all have been well maintained and updated. Full service facilities are a lobby restaurant (Three Rivers), open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, a lounge/bar, 6,400 sq ft of meeting/event space, an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. A free shuttle is operated to sites within a 5 mile radius, and to Bozeman Airport (9 miles northwest).

Open 2008, Residence Inn Bozeman provides high quality, all-suite accommodation with a choice of 115 well-equipped suites in studio, one bed or two bed configurations, all with a full kitchen, executive desk and pull-out sofa. Complimentary breakfast buffet is prepared each morning, plus free social hour on selected weekday evenings, while for other meals guests can take advantage of the free grocery shopping service or try one of several nearby restaurants - the hotel is part of a shopping area on the northwest edge of town by I-90 exit 305 (19th St), close to large stores such as Target and Staples. Leisure facilities are an indoor pool, whirlpool and exercise room.

New for 2010, Homewood Suites by Hilton Bozeman is considered by some to be the best hotel in town, on account of the relatively low rates, the well equipped and spacious accommodations, the friendly staff and the complimentary food, which includes both hot breakfast and an evening snack. The upscale, all-suite hotel has elegant Western decor and offers a choice of room configurations - either studio, one bed or two bed suites, all equipped with a full kitchen; other amenities are an indoor pool/whirlpool, fitness center, meeting space, business center and convenience store. The location is quite peaceful - on the edge of the countryside along 19th Avenue, a mile from either exit 305 or 306 of I-90.

Wingate by Wyndham Bozeman is a modern, elegant and well managed hotel, located right at the northwest edge of town beside exit 305 of I-90 - north-facing rooms have views across the interstate to the rocky summits of the Bridger Range. There are 86 rooms in the three storey building, all containing a microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker, and furnished to a high standard. A 24 hour business center and several meeting rooms are available for those here to work, while leisure facilities are an indoor heated pool and a small fitness center. Hot breakfast is complimentary, as is the shuttle service to Bozeman Gallatin Field Airport (BZN).

Bozeman's Best Western hotel is a full service establishment complete with its own restaurant, Club Tavern & Grill, open all day and providing room service. Accommodation comprises 120 rooms & suites, in two blocks, with views either of a secluded courtyard garden or the neighboring business district - the Best Western is part of a group of hotels, restaurants and stores next to exit 306 (7th Avenue) of interstate 90, 1.5 miles from downtown Bozeman. Amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, free airport shuttle, coffee shop, business center and meetings facilities.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Bozeman sits in a lightly developed area on the north side of I-90 (exit 306), with views across farmland towards the nearby Bridger Mountains. There are several restaurants close by and a number of large stores on the far side of the interstate; the city center is 1.5 miles south and Gallatin Field Airport is an easy 8 mile drive west. The three storey inn offers 57 bright, clean rooms, free continental breakfast (including a hot sandwich), an indoor pool/whirlpool and basic business services.

Breakfast, wi-fi and an airport shuttle are some of the complimentary amenities of Comfort Inn Bozeman, a mid range, 121-room hotel on the north side of town adjacent to dining and shopping, including Wal-Mart and K-Mart. Interstate 90 (exit 306) runs part one block north and the city center is 1.5 miles south, with Montana State University a little way further. The inn has an older design - a long, three storey building surrounded by plenty of parking, and has other facilities of an indoor pool, guest laundry, business center and meetings space. Some rooms contain a microwave and refrigerator.

Budget-priced Rodeway Inn Bozeman caters for guests in 56 simple, clean rooms, some equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and sofa bed. Free continental breakfast is served and there are several nearby fast food restaurants to provide other meals, with a better selection a short walk south, on the far side of I-90 - the inn is part of a small group of hotels north of the interstate, right at the edge of the countryside. Amenities are an indoor pool, hot tub and copy/fax service. Pets are welcome, for a small fee.

On the north edge of Bozeman, the Microtel Inn is an affordable but good quality motel with amenities of an indoor pool/whirlpool, business center, 50-person meeting room and free continental breakfast. Some of the 61 rooms are equipped with a microwave & refrigerator; all contain a sofa bed, while the suites have separate living/sleeping areas. There are several restaurants and small shops within walking distance; the motel faces interstate 90 (north side), next to exit 306.
