Homewood Suites by Hilton, the first dedicated all-suite/extended stay hotel in Kalispell, contains studio, one bed and two bed suites, all featuring a fully equipped kitchen; food for cooking can be purchased from the 24 hour on-site convenience store or from a supermarket (Wal-Mart) just across the road. The hotel enjoys quiet surroundings, built along a side road off US 93 on the north side of town, a short walk from the Stillwater River, yet is also close to several other large stores and a good selection of restaurants. Free full breakfast is served each morning, and a free reception in the evenings (Mon-Thu). Also available are meeting space, a business center, fitness center and indoor pool.

Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell is situated along US 93 on the south side of town next to the local airport, part of a corridor of shops, restaurants and other hotels 33 miles from the main natural attraction in the area, Glacier National Park. The full service property has a restaurant open for breakfast and a lounge/bar serving dinner (room service available), plus other facilities of a casino, indoor pool/hot tub, fitness center, 24 hour convenience store, 24 hour business center, 14,000 sq ft of meeting space and a free airport shuttle. All 144 luxurious guest rooms are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.

The Hampton Inn is the more affordable of two Hilton properties in Kalispell, and is regarded by some as the best hotel in the area because of the reasonable rates, the good sized, nicely decorated rooms, the attentive staff, the wide range of choices for the free hot breakfast, and the location - along the main road US 2 next to shopping and dining but set back a little from the road allowing for a quiet night's sleep. The hotel has 120 guest rooms, plus all the expected amenities; a business center and meeting space, fitness center, hot tub & pool. Glacier Park International Airport is ten miles north, while Kalispell City Airport is 2.5 miles south.

New for summer 2025, the Home2 Suites is now the northernmost hotel in Kalispell, with a rural location beside the Stillwater River, along a side road west of US 93, bordering the Northern Pines Golf Club. Shopping and dining are available one mile south. All accommodations are suites, and all contain a full kitchen. Hot breakfast is complimentary, while other amenities include a fitness center and an indoor pool. The hotel is 7 miles from Glacier Park International Airport.

The SpringHill Suites was the first Marriott hotel in Kalispell, built 2016 just off US 93 on the north side of the city; part of the Spring Prairie development, adjoining an extensive group of shops and restaurants. The Kidsports complex is a short distance to the south, while open countryside begins a few blocks north. The hotel has 101 guest suites, on four storys; all benefit from kitchen facilities, free wi-fi and a work desk. Drinks, snacks and cookable meals are available 24 hours a day from the onsite convenience store. The hotel has the usual business, meetings and leisure facilities.

The Holiday Inn Express hotel in Kalispell has a scenic location at the edge of the countryside on the northern approach to town along US 93, part of a newly developed shopping area with many restaurants and large stores. Most of the 110 rooms & suites enjoy mountain views, and are part of an attractive, red timber-fronted building that also contains a Western-style lobby, a business center, meeting space, fitness center, indoor pool and whirlpool. Free hot breakfast is served. The center of Kalispell is 3 miles south, while distances to area attractions include Flathead Lake (12 miles), Glacier National Park (33 miles) and Whitefish Lake State Park (14 miles).

The pet friendly Best Western Plus is located along the eastern approach to Kalispell, US 2 from Columbia Falls, close to restaurants and small shops though also just a short walk from woods and trails beside the Flathead River. Glacier National Park is 30 miles away, all along the highway. The hotel provides free full breakfast each morning. All guest rooms are equipped with refrigerator/microwave; other amenities are an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and coin-operated laundry.

Although advertised as being in Kalispell, the Best Western hotel is found in the countryside 8 miles south of the city by the US 93-MT 82 intersection, right at the edge of the wooded hills of the Flathead National Forest, and 1.5 miles from the north shore of Flathead Lake. Apart from a gas station next door there are no facilities nearby; the closest restaurants are by the lake or near the city airport on the south side of Kalispell. There are 59 rooms available, some with one or more of a microwave, refrigerator, fireplace and hot tub bath, and including several types of suite. Free continental breakfast is provided, and the hotel has leisure amenities of an indoor pool, hot tub & fitness room.

The exterior corridor, pet friendly Travelodge is one of few Kalispell motels in the city center, located along Main Street (US 93), four blocks south of the US 2 intersection and just down the street from Kalispell Center Mall. Leisure facilities are a hot tub and fitness center, while a business center is provided for guests here to work. All accommodations are equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, pillow top mattresses and free internet access; continental breakfast is also complimentary.

One of several hotels beside Kalispell City Airport on the south side of town, the Econo Lodge accommodates guests in 68 basic but comfortable rooms, some containing a refrigerator/microwave and including several suites with either a fireplace or hot tub bath. Free continental breakfast is prepared each morning and for other meals there are a number of restaurants & bars within walking distance along the main road (US 93). The exterior corridor inn also offers an outdoor hot tub, away from the highway in the parking lot at the rear, plus free wi-fi and a copy/fax service.

On the south side of Kalispell, the Super 8 is a budget-priced motel with a quiet location along a side road just off US 93, backing on to a residential area. Glacier International Airport is ten miles north, while the local city airport is just down the street, as are a small selection of restaurants and shops. The pet friendly motel offers free wi-fi and free continental breakfast, plus basic business services.
