A panorama of the upper end of Paintbrush Canyon, reached by a 7 mile trail from String Lake. Ahead (west) are rocky, snow-covered slopes leading to Paintbrush Divide while back east the land slopes down to the valley, bordered in the north by Mount Woodring and to the south by a jagged ridge extending from Rockchuck Peak.
