Exactly half way (20 miles) between Big Spring and Midland, the small west Texas town of Stanton has one chain motel, the newly built Comfort Inn, located beside Interstate 20 exit 156 (TX 137) - in a rural setting adjacent to a few restaurants and gas stations, and half a mile from the downtown area.
