Levelland Hotels

The Holiday Inn Express is one of two main hotels, both new, in the small Texas panhandle town of Levelland - in Hockley County, 20 miles west of Lubbock. It is located along TX 114, 8 blocks east of the town center and the junction with US 385, in a rural setting. The three storey hotel contains 44 rooms and 19 suites, all with microwave, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, cable TV, and nice long-distance views over the surrounding fields; other facilities are an indoor pool/spa, fitness center and business center. The reliable free Express Start continental breakfast is served daily.

In the middle of Levelland, one block north of the TX114 - US 385 junction, Best Western South Plains Inn opened late 2007 providing 47 comfortable rooms (each with refrigerator/microwave), part of a handsome 3 story building that also contains an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. Complimentary breakfast is available on site, and for lunch/dinner there are several restaurants nearby along Highway 385, though a better selection, and the main shopping center in Levelland, are about 1.5 miles south.
