Graham's new Holiday Inn Express hotel (built 2009) is situated on rural, wooded land on the north side of the 380 Bypass - at the northeast edge of town near the local airport and 5 miles from Lake Graham. There is one restaurant nearby though not much else in the vicinity; most facilities are in the town center or along Hwy 16 to the south. The hotel is quite large (3 floors, 71 rooms), and has a good range of amenities, principally free hot breakfast, free internet access, a pool/whirlpool, fitness center, business center and laundry.

On the main road into Graham from the south (TX 16), the Best Western Graham Inn has 61 rooms on 3 floors, overlooking the wooded valley of Salt Creek. All the rooms have a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and high speed Internet access. Free continental breakfast is served and there are many restaurants northwards along TX 16, a road which leads to the center of Graham after 2 miles, and to reputedly the largest downtown square in America.
