Best Western George West Executive Inn George West is a small town in far south Texas, at the crossroads of several major highways - US 281 from McAllen to San Antonio and US 59 from Laredo to Houston, while I-37 to Corpus Christi/Padre Island passes just to the east. The main hotel in town is the Best Western George West Executive Inn, one block north of the road junction, at 208 N Nueces St, and which has 40 rooms on 2 floors, overlooking the courtyard/parking area and landscaped outdoor pool. The on-site Nueces Street Grill serves breakfast, lunch & dinner, and there are two more restaurants across the road.
