The newly built (2008) Holiday Inn Express hotel has a central position in Falfurrias, TX, right by the Hwy 285 - US 281 junction, close to a selection of restaurants, shops and bars. All the 60 rooms & suites are very bright and clean, and contain such amenities as a microwave, refrigerator, LCD TV and wireless internet access. Free continental breakfast is available. For leisure guests have a choice of a pool, hot tub and fitness center; the nearest golf course (the 9-hole Falfurrias Golfers, Inc) is a mile north.

One of only a few hotels in the small south Texas town of Falfurrias is the Best Western Garden Inn at 2299 S St Marys St (US 281), about a mile south of the town center at the junction with TX 285. The property has 40 rooms all on the ground floor and is surrounded by farmland, but close to Brooks Country Airport and 30 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
