The Holiday Inn Albuquerque Airport at 1501 Sunport Place is a substantial, modern hotel of 4 floors and 121 rooms, located just half a mile west of the airport terminals (served by complimentary shuttle), and just east of I-25 (exit 221). Interstate 25, University of New Mexico and Albuquerque Sunport Airport are all just one mile away, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also on offer at the TownePlace Suites are free continental breakfast, free airport shuttle, guest laundry, business center, outdoor pool and a small fitness center.

One of four Marriott hotels near Albuquerque airport, the Fairfield Inn has 105 rooms on 4 floors, an outdoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, laundry, one meeting room and of course a free shuttle to the airport. The inn is 1.6 miles north of the terminal buildings, along Gibson Blvd, and one mile from both Central New Mexico Community College and the south campus of University of New Mexico. The rooms are small to medium in size, well furnished and relatively quiet.

Best Western InnSuites is an Albuquerque airport hotel, located, like most others, along Yale Blvd SE, which is the main road northwards from the terminal. On the premises is the Village Inn Restaurant, serving breakfast (complimentary), lunch and dinner; other amenities are free airport shuttle, a sundeck, exercise facility and an outdoor pool - at the rear of the hotel, surrounded by mature gardens.
