This view is of the Tioga Road alongside Dana Meadows, from a third of the way along the trail to the top of Mount Dana. The park entrance station is to the right (northwest), from where the road descends gradually, through a patch of pine forest towards more meadowland around the Dana Fork River, then on towards Tuolumne Meadows.
