Yosemite National Park > Tuolumne Meadows > Hiking > Clouds Rest > QTVR Panorama The view from the summit of Clouds Rest is a true 360° panorama, taking in most of the famous landmarks in Yosemite National Park - from Tenaya Lake and the high peaks of the Cathedral Range in the north to Half Dome and Yosemite Valley in the south. To one side the land falls away almost vertically for 4,000 feet to the floor of Tenaya Canyon, and the other edge is almost as dramatic, with thickly wooded slopes giving way to granite cliffs and domes along the Merced River. To navigate in a panorama, use the mouse to click and drag the picture left or right, or the keyboard arrow keys. Press the Shift key to zoom in or the Control key to zoom out. |
