The Holiday Inn Express hotel in Simi Valley is a little way west of the town center, right next to Highway 118 (Erringer Rd exit), near to a few large stores and several restaurants - closest being a Mexican right next door - though most of the neighborhood to the south is residential. The 96 rooms on 3 floors are arranged around a courtyard garden with a large outdoor pool and groups of mature palm trees; other amenities are a health/fitness center, sauna, whirlpool, and the complimentary Express Start Breakfast. Some of the top floor rooms have nice views across town to the nearby mountains.
