Some of the 143 rooms (on 5 floors) have views of the ocean, just 1/3 mile away on the far side of the highway. The hotel is situated on Del Monte Blvd, which leads directly into the center of Monterey, reaching Fisherman's Wharf after 2.2 miles; along the way are plenty of restaurants, though breakfast is available free at the hotel.
