The Comfort Suites is one of four motels along N Beale Rd, beside highway 70 (exit 20) on the southeastern approach to Marysville, between the suburbs of South Yuba & Linda. Along the road are several large stores including Wal-Mart, and many restaurants, while a little further away are Yuba Country Airport (2.5 miles), the Riverfront Park Complex (1.9 miles) and Ellis Lake in the center of Marysville (1.7 miles). The hotel is a clean, new, spacious building offering an indoor pool, free breakfast, guest laundry and a business center.

Right at the center of Marysville, the Motel 6 caters for budget guests in a fairly old, exterior corridor building but with bright, clean rooms (mini refrigerator available) and new furnishings. Although the only facilities are laundry, wi-fi, cable TV and free coffee, the place has a good reputation, and charges low rates. The motel sits at the junction of highways 20 and 70, within walking distance of many shops & restaurants, and two blocks from Ellis Lake, which features walking trails and picnic areas.
