Newly built (2008), the Holiday Inn Express hotel in Lake Elsinore sits next to a recently developed residential estate at the edge of the hills on the north side of town, 2 miles from Lakepoint Park by the shoreline. I-15 runs past close by, but the hotel is far enough from the highway for its 73 rooms & suites to provide a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Best Western Lake View Inn is another bright, handsome new hotel in Lake Elsinore, appreciated by guests for its efficient staff, the clean & spacious rooms, and the central location close to the main shopping area in town, by the east end of the lake. The hotel is within a mile of The Diamond Stadium, Lake Elsinore Casino and Lake Elsinore Town Center, plus other shops & restaurants around exit 73 of I-15, just to the north. West-facing rooms have views over the lake; also available are a number of suites that contain a microwave, refrigerator, whirlpool bath and extra sofa bed. A spa, outdoor pool, exercise room, guest laundry and free continental breakfast are the other main amenities.

Like most hotels in Lake Elsinore, CA, the Quality Inn is located at the east edge of town, in this case right opposite the local casino, one block from the shops at Lake Elsinore Town Center. The place is fairly old but reasonably-priced, and still offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, free continental breakfast, and a microwave/refrigerator in all 55 rooms. South-facing rooms are the quietest as they are shielded from I-15 which runs past just to the north. Guests are also within walking distance of the Diamond baseball stadium and the lake shore.
