Best Western Pea Soup Andersen's Inn
One of the few chain hotels in the crossroads town of Buellton, Best Western Pea Soup Andersen's Inn is a Danish-themed establishment with its 97 rooms (on 2 floors) built around all 4 sides of a central courtyard area with hot tub, putting green and outdoor pool. The inn lies next to the junction of US 101 with Highway 246, walking distance from the town center and a short drive from the many nearby wineries of the San Ynez Valley. Rooms are averagely-furnished, though many benefit from a private patio overlooking the hotel grounds. Free continental breakfast is served, and lunch/dinner is available from the adjacent Andersen's Restaurant, including of course the famous pea soup.

Quality Inn Buellton
Quality Inn Buellton is a medium sized (60 room), 2 floor, roadside motel located along Avenue of Flags at the north end of Buellton, and next to the Damasa Rd exit of Highway 101. Lodging is basic but comfortable, and rather cheaper than most nearby properties, especially those 3 miles east in the more well known town of Solvang. Guest laundry, free continental breakfast and free newspaper are some of the limited amenities.
