Breakfast, dinner & room service are available from the on site Chaparral Cafe, and the hotel also has a pleasant lounge/bar; for other dining choices there are several fast food restaurants nearby, along W Ball Rd. Guests can relax in a large, sheltered pool/garden area, and make use of a fitness center, games room and video arcade indoors. The hotel is well connected to other Anaheim area attractions by I-5 which runs past less than a mile to the east.

The large and well equipped rooms, friendly staff, free full breakfast, and the beautiful tropical garden/pool area make Staybridge Suites Anaheim one of the top hotels in the city, and it has a good location, right next to I-5 one block south of Katella Ave which leads to Disneyland's main entrance after 0.9 miles. Right next to the Staybridge Suites at 1915 S Manchester Rd stands another well reviewed IHG property, the full service Holiday Inn Anaheim Resort Area. This is a large hotel of 264 rooms & suites, looking out over a mostly residential district adjoining interstate 5 near exit 109A (Katella Ave). There is a restaurant on site (American Brasserie), open for breakfast, lunch, dinner & room service, plus a lounge and a poolside bar (seasonal). The main gate at Disneyland is 1.3 miles away, served by the Anaheim Resort Transit shuttle. Leisure activities center on the large pool and tropical gardens (shared with the Staybridge), together with a sports court, fitness center & hot tub. For meetings/events the Holiday Inn has 4 rooms totaling 1,408 sq ft of space.

Holiday Inn Express Anaheim Maingate has a good reputation, for its cleanliness, customer service, the above average free continental breakfast and the convenient location on Katella Avenue, about half way (0.4 miles) between the main entrances to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. To reach other places in Anaheim, I-5 is just 2 blocks east. The hotel contains 104 spacious rooms & suites, on 4 floors - some have nice views over the Disneyland Resort, so can enjoy the nightly firework display. Leisure facilities are a pool/hot tub/sundeck, at the rear of the hotel, while interior facilities include a business center and guest laundry.

The most luxurious of several Marriott properties in Anaheim is also one of the largest hotels in Los Angeles, and the biggest for this brand anywhere in California. With 1031 rooms, 19 floors and 80,000 sq ft of meetings space, the four star Marriott Anaheim can cater for any event, and its full service facilities combined with excellent customer service and a full guest room renovation in 2009 make every stay memorable. The hotel adjoins Anaheim Convention Center just off Harbor Blvd, 0.7 miles from both the main entrance to Disneyland and the new Anaheim GardenWalk complex, which features many restaurants, shops and entertainment centers. The Marriott has five dining outlets on site - a steakhouse, patio wine bar, cafe, Pizza Hut and Starbucks coffee house, together with plenty of leisure facilities, centered around the enclosed tropical courtyard garden and large outdoor pool.

The combination of large rooms, comprehensive facilities, great customer service and complimentary amenities usually charged for by other properties (hot breakfast, wireless internet access, parking) make the all-suite Residence Inn by Marriott many people's choice for the top hotel in Anaheim. The 200 suites are divided into several individual blocks separated by walkways and courtyard gardens (plus an outdoor pool & sports court), part of a spacious site next to the Gardenwalk shopping/entertainment center, 0.3 miles from the main gate at Disneyland. I-5 runs past one block east providing quick access to other Anaheim area attractions. All accommodation at the Residence Inn includes a full kitchen; food for cooking can be purchased from the on site market or via the free grocery shopping service. Also available are a fitness center, bbq/picnic area, laundry and business center.

The new Courtyard Anaheim hotel has a relatively quiet location - along Harbor Blvd but set back a little from the main road, and next to its much larger sister property, the Marriott. Disneyland is just 0.7 miles north, though for those not walking the Anaheim Resort Transit shuttle stops right outside the hotel. Inside, the 153 rooms & suites (including KidSuites) are all very clean and modern, and equipped with free internet access, a microwave, work desk and extra comfortable bedding. There is a steakhouse restaurant next door, though breakfast and dinner are available on the premises at the Panini Grill & Bar. Guests can relax on the hotel's secluded courtyard at the rear, featuring a large swimming pool, hot tub and children's wading pool.

The largest Fairfield Inn in the USA adjoins the east edge of Disneyland along Harbor Blvd, close enough for top floor rooms to look directly over the park and enjoy the nightly firework display. The hotel has a total of 467 Disney-themed, smoke-free rooms, equipped with free internet access, large work desk and the luxurious Marriott bedding - part of a substantial, 9 floor building situated about 300 feet from the main road and so away from the traffic noise. Family friendly amenities include a games room, a sizeable outdoor swimming pool, Disney Channel on the TV, and discount Disneyland tickets available at the front desk. Parking is free but not breakfast; there are two restaurants on site, however, open in the morning and evening.

Right opposite the main (east) entrance to Disneyland, along Harbor Blvd, Best Western Anaheim Inn accommodates guests in 88 bright, clean, comfortable rooms that all contain a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel has a smallish pool and hot tub, in a sheltered courtyard away from the main road, though (usually for a Best Western), no free breakfast. The nearest restaurant is a 24 hour Denny's, right next door, and there are several others a short walk away.

The Courtesy Inn is one of the smaller Best Western hotels in Anaheim, but like most of the others it is close to Disneyland - along Ball Rd on the north side of the resort, about half a mile from the central entrance; for those not walking the Anaheim Resort Transit System stops nearby. There is a fair selection of restaurants within 2 blocks, and the property is easily accessed from I-5 exit 110 (Disneyland Dr). Rates are reasonable, the staff friendly, and the inn has the expected amenities of free continental breakfast, a pool, spa, and a refrigerator/microwave in each room.

There are two Anaheim Best Western hotels along Harbor Blvd opposite the east entrance to Disneyland; the Park Place Inn is the larger, catering for guests who need more space and facilities. The 199 oversized rooms, on 3 floors, all have a microwave/refrigerator, and are clean & well furnished, with divided sleeping/living areas. The hotel's pool and hot tub are situated in the central courtyard parking area, well away from the highway, while interior facilities comprise a sauna, gift shop, tour desk and guest laundry. Free continental breakfast is served daily.

99 room Best Western Pavilions, one of five hotels of this brand in Anaheim near Disneyland, adjoins a residential area along Katella Ave, opposite the south edge of the resort (about a 5 minute walk to the entrance) and one block from Anaheim Convention Center. There is a Denny's next door, several more restaurants a little way east, and the nearest supermarket is 0.6 miles west. Main attraction of the hotel is a large outdoor pool enclosed by palm trees and other tropical plants; also available is a hot tub, computer & printer, and a free shuttle to Disneyland (no free breakfast, however). The place has a good reputation for room cleanliness and friendly staff.

Three storey, 100% smoke-free Best Western Raffles Inn and Suites has 108 clean, welcoming rooms arranged around 3 sides of the central parking area, with a pool/hot tub at one side. North-facing rooms overlook a small area of farmland, but most of the surroundings are a mixture of houses, fast food restaurants and other hotels - the inn is located along S Harbor Blvd, 2 miles south of Anaheim city center and 0.6 miles from the main entrance to Disneyland. Free deluxe continental breakfast, a local area shuttle, newsstand, business center and guest laundry are the other main amenities.

With 288 rooms, Stovall's Inn is the largest Best Western in Anaheim, occupying a sizeable area by the junction of Katella Ave and West St, 0.8 miles south of the main entrance to Disneyland. The Convention Center is just across the street, and there are several restaurants nearby, one sharing the hotel's parking lot. Rooms are quite large, equipped with microwave/refrigerator, and free continental breakfast is served, but the highlight of the hotel is its topical topiary gardens and pool area, which contains 5 different pools plus plenty of sunbathing space. The Anaheim Resort Transit passes by the hotel, providing quick access to all neighborhood attractions.

Anaheim's Clarion Resort is one of the largest of the many hotels along Harbor Boulevard, the main road past Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. The 9 storey building is fairly old but the 284 rooms are clean & comfortable, and rates are relatively low for this popular location. All rooms contain a refrigerator; also available are studio suites with microwave and extra sofa beds. Two on site restaurants provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service, while leisure facilities are an outdoor pool, games room and sundeck. The main gate at Disneyland is half a mile north, and the convention center is 0.3 miles west.

Amongst the best rated of the many budget hotels around Disneyland in south Anaheim, the Comfort Inn & Suites receives favorable guest reviews for its clean & spacious rooms, the good quality free breakfast, the friendly staff and the easily-reached location, right next to exit 109A of I-5 (Katella Ave). Besides Disneyland main gate (0.8 miles), the hotel is also close to the Anaheim Convention Center (1.1 miles), Angel Stadium (1.2 miles) and the Honda Center (1.7 miles). There are several restaurants a block or two away. The hotel has a decent sized pool at the rear, plus a hot tub, exercise room, guest laundry, business center and a meeting room.

The reasonable rates, attentive staff and clean rooms help raise Comfort Inn Maingate above the average level of the many similar motels in south Anaheim. The inn is 0.9 miles south of Disneyland's main gate along S Harbor Blvd, and about half a mile from the Convention Center. The 108 rooms include a number of oversized deluxe accommodations, and several two-bed KidSuites, with microwave & refrigerator. Free deluxe continental breakfast is included with all room rates; for other meals there are three restaurants adjacent. The Comfort Inn also has a pool, hot tub, picnic area, duty free shop and guest laundry.

One of the southernmost of the long line of hotels along Harbor Blvd in south Anaheim, Quality Inn Maingate is a fairly standard, 66 room, exterior corridor establishment good for visitors looking for low budget accommodation when visiting the many nearby attractions, of which the top two are Disneyland (1 mile) and the Anaheim Convention Center (0.8 miles). The usual free continental breakfast is served and there is one restaurant next door, with several more a short walk away along the main road. Other amenities are a pool, hot tub, basic business services and a local area shuttle (fee required).

Although located along adjacent Manchester St, Quality Inn Anaheim Resort is just a half mile walk from the main entrance to Disneyland along Harbor Blvd, and is well connected to all other Anaheim area attractions by interstate 5 which runs past just to the east. The hotel is quite large, with 175 well-maintained rooms & suites (all containing microwave/refrigerator) divided into several tree-lined blocks surrounded by plenty of parking space. Above average free continental breakfast is served, in a pleasant French-style dining area, and other facilities include a gift shop, a sheltered outdoor pool, tour desk and guest laundry.

Another of the reasonably-priced motels along Katella Ave, just south of Disneyland, Quality Inn Anaheim at the Park offers 60 clean, recently renovated rooms & suites, free hot breakfast, a hot tub and an outdoor swimming pool - these latter two in a peaceful garden area at the center of the property. Guests can walk to the main gate at Disneyland in about 20 minutes (0.9 miles), or travel by the local shuttle service. There are several fast food places adjacent, and a discount supermarket a few blocks west.

Econo Lodge Anaheim at the Park is one of many motels along Katella Avenue, opposite the south edge of Disneyland, where rates are a little cheaper than for the larger properties lining Harbor Blvd, closer to the main entrance. A short walk east reaches the Anaheim Convention Center, there is a restaurant right next door, and a supermarket a few blocks west. Disneyland's main entrance is 0.8 miles away. The lodge is quite small, with 35 spacious if rather basic rooms, and amenities are limited to free continental breakfast, an outdoor pool and a sundeck.

Because it is a little further (1.1 miles) from the main gate at Disneyland compared to many other nearby hotels, rates at Econo Lodge Maingate are quite low, but it still offers free breakfast and an outdoor pool/hot tub. The medium sized property has 50 rooms linked by exterior corridors and is located along busy Harbor Blvd, half a mile north of I-5 exit 110. The surroundings are mostly residential but with several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Simple, low priced accommodation with the basic amenities of free continental breakfast, a hot tub and guest laundry is provided by Rodeway Inn Maingate, a 33 room motel along W Ball Rd in south Anaheim - adjacent to the north edge of Disneyland though a 1.3 mile walk (or shuttle ride) to the main gate. Besides the regular rooms, which all contain a microwave & refrigerator, several whirlpool bath suites are available. There are plenty of restaurants close by along the main road.

Recently acquired (and upgraded) by the Choice Hotels group, the Rodeway Inn & Suites near Anaheim Convention Center is part of the long row of motels along Harbor Blvd - 0.9 miles south of Disneyland and 2 miles from the Angel Stadium. Facilities are fairly standard - free continental breakfast, outdoor pool, hot tub, copy/fax service - but the 59 rooms are nice and clean, all containing a microwave/refrigerator, and some featuring a whirlpool bath. Several family suites are available, with separate rooms for children.
