Oro Valley is an expanding suburb at the north edge of greater Tucson. The main hotel in town is the recently built Fairfield Inn, built on the east side of N Oracle Road (AZ 77), in a desert location backed by the saguaro-covered foothills of Pusch Ridge, part of the Santa Catalina Mountains. This is an all suite hotel - 47 single bed and 42 double bed, all large, clean and very well maintained - and also offers an outdoor pool, sun deck, fitness center, and dining area where the free breakfast is served. The Fairfield Inn Tucson North/Oro Valley is within a mile of Catalina State Park, Oro Valley Country Club and El Conquistador Country Club.
