Oro Valley is an expanding suburb at the north edge of greater Tucson. The main hotel in town is the new Holiday Inn Express, built on the east side of N Oracle Road (AZ 77), in a desert location backed by the saguaro-covered foothills of Pusch Ridge, part of the Santa Catalina Mountains. This is an all suite hotel - 47 single bed and 42 double bed, all large, clean and very well maintained - and also offers an outdoor pool, sun deck, spa, fitness center, and dining area where the free Express Start deluxe continental breakfast is served. The Holiday Inn Express Oro Valley is within a mile of Catalina State Park, Oro Valley Country Club and El Conquistador Country Club.
